Beginning Yoga Class


This is a four-week introduction to the 10 Essential Yoga Poses, simple yoga breathing and meditation to promote physical health, balance and a peaceful mind. Students will receive personalized instruction on yoga poses and adaptions that make yoga gentle, accessible and effective for them.

The beginning yoga classes will be especially useful for students looking for relief from back, neck or shoulder pain, and from stress and tension. We will focus on yoga poses and breathing techniques which soften and quiet the mind and body so you can feel relaxed and at ease.

All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to advanced students. Equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Contact me via email or call/text (812) 250-9642 if you have questions or would like to sign up.
